The class will cover everything from meat selection & trimming, fire control, charcoal & wood, the cook, resting and cutting. Along with loads of other tips
A range of smokers wll be fired up during the day, including a Oklahoma Joe Bronco, Traeger Ironwood, Pit Barrel & ProQ Bullet Smoker.
You will be served a five course BBQ meal during the day & we will demonstrate the trim & cook of each protein before serving. This will include chicken nibbles & chorizo, reverse seared ribeye steaks, pork ribs, sliced brisket & pulled pork tacos.
