Perfect Wedding Catering

"Black Dog BBQ catered our wedding recently. They were incredible, from helping us create our menu to setting up on the day, everything was so easy. The food was AMAZING!! We had guests coming up to us all night saying how much they loved it, and even now (a few weeks later), people are still talking about it. Even the vegetarians were happy, saying it was the best veggie catering they've ever had (as often they can get forgotten). Honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more, it was perfect in every way. I also loved their oak labels and how everything was laid out, it really fitted our vibe. Clint was awesome to deal with the whole way through. You can tell he really cares about what he does and was a pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend Black Dog BBQ to anyone, and we'd absolutely use them again for any future events."

The variety was great as well, with our guests having the options of wraps, hot dog buns & burger buns to load their BBQ into. CLASSES

Black Dog BBQ run BBQ classes, teaching the basics and the finer points of cooking smoked meats. Meat selection, trimming, rubs and sauces, types of fuel. Different styles of BBQs and how to run these. Classes are served with a BBQ feast throughout the day and no one goes home hungry.
