The class will cover everything from meat selection & trimming, fire control, charcoal & wood, the cook, cutting & serving. Along with loads ofother tips to up-skill your barbecue game.
A range of smokers will be fired up during the day, including anOklahoma Joe Bronco, Traeger Ironwood XL and our offset smoker trailer.
You will be served a six course barbecue meal during the day & we will demonstrate the trim & cook of each protein before serving. This will include chicken wings & chorizo, reverse seared steaks with chimichurri, pork ribs, sliced smoked brisket & pulled pork tacos.Finishing with a classic American dessert.
Beer, rtds, wine & non alcoholic drink available to purchase.
