We’ll take you through the full three-day process of making authentic 

Texas-style sausage. You’ll be served a proper Texas Hot Guts 

sausage the old-school way — on white bread with pickles and mustard. 

To top it off, enjoy it alongside a Panhead Black IPA, crafted specially for this 

class to pair perfectly with the sausage.

Next, we’ll dive into the Low ‘n Slow process of cooking pork shoulder, before 

serving you one of our signature festival pulled tacos on a tallow-toasted tortilla.

To wrap things up, we’ll teach you the reverse sear method using Ribeye steaks. 

Ending with searing the steaks over charcoal and serving with fresh chimichurri.
