Next, we’ll dive into the Low ‘n Slow process of cooking pork shoulder, before
serving you one of our signature festival pulled tacos on a tallow-toasted tortilla.
To wrap things up, we’ll teach you the reverse sear method using Ribeye steaks.
Ending with searing the steaks over charcoal and serving with fresh chimichurri.
